JG Dispatch is operated by JG Logistics Solutions LLC. These terms describe permitted use of the website and operations platform.

Authorized platform access

Operational features are available to approved users and business partners. Use your assigned account, protect your credentials, and access only the information needed for your authorized work.

Delivery information

Delivery windows, estimated arrival times and tracking information can change because of traffic, weather, location availability and operational conditions. A tracking estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time.

Customer communication

Order-related messages may be sent by delivery teams using their phone’s messaging service. Message frequency depends on the order and communications between the parties. Message and data rates may apply. Requests to stop messages should be directed to the sender or our support email.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for unauthorized marketing, harassment, unlawful activity, access beyond your assigned role, or interference with the service. Report suspected misuse to our support team.

Read our Privacy Policy for information about order records, delivery evidence, account information and customer communication.

Service and updates

Features and availability may change. Operational agreements with business partners remain governed by the applicable agreements. We may update these terms and will show the current effective date here.
