JG Logistics Solutions LLC operates JG Dispatch. This policy describes the information processed through our website and delivery operations platform.
Information processed
Depending on the service and assigned role, information may include account names and contact details; order numbers, customer details, delivery addresses and delivery windows; route status and location shared by delivery teams; and operational records such as photographs, signatures, item condition and notes.
How information is used
Information supports order handling, warehouse operations, route assignment, customer updates, delivery tracking, proof of delivery, returns, claims review and platform support.
Access and sharing
Information is made available to authorized retailers, warehouses, delivery providers and platform users as needed for the applicable order or service. Service providers may process information to operate the platform. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Mobile contact information is not sold or shared for third-party marketing. Delivery team profile photos may be shown to customers through their delivery tracking link.
Photos, location and retention
Delivery photographs and other evidence are retained for operational records and claims review. Delivery photo retention is configured for three years, subject to applicable holds and legal or contractual requirements. Location information supports delivery tracking when location sharing is enabled.
Customer messages
Delivery teams may send order-related messages through their own phone messaging application. Message and data rates may apply. If you no longer wish to receive messages, notify the sender or contact us using the email below.
Security and requests
The platform uses account authentication and role-based access. No system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to request assistance concerning your information; we may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the business responsible for your order.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when services or practices change. The effective date identifies this version.
